@yahya456 when I learnt that the Somalis are the last ancient-egyptians survivors who still preserv the ancient culture ! May God protect and bless them all ! it is in the last century 20TH

This revisionist project that links Somalia to ethiopia is false and baseless, Somalis have nothing in common with ethiopia (biologically, historically, and linguistically), therefore, it must be noted that, ancient Egypt is purely part of the Somali peninsula, the ancient civilization of the land of god’s, and it’s people as the virile merchants of the silk road. We have the same ancient pyramidal structures littered in Somalia as in modern day Egypt.
-
Ethiopia is an artificial nation glued together by the colonial powers, and they are not an integral part of this land, their base and roots is tied to yemen (we call them carab-xabash). On the other hand, Somalis in the Punt of Horn of Somalia are tied together by same blood, culture, history, linguistics, and above all one religion. Somalis are neither arabs nor blacks. We were civilized before the advent rise of Islam, at that time, both ethiopians/africans and arabs were pagans

Somalis have nothing in common with ethiopians (oromos, boran, amhara, tigrey). we Somalis are united by biological, historical and linguistic heritage, unlike the aritificial glue that holds together ethiopians. we are the ancient civilization of punt, the capital of ancient egypt. Somalis are neither arabs nor africans, and the Somali peninsula is composed of Djibouti, Socotra, South of punt, north of punt, south-west punt and Ogadenia. ethiopians originated from yemen = carab-xabash
This is certainly remarkable, never have I seen such an organised, invigorating performance by the Somali's,, being Somali I was impressed and hope other Somali groups benefit from these styles as frankly, present performers are either amateurs or are not competent to perform.

@box20ify I agree with you , in the earlier times , the harimaade and heelo were organized but now , the youth should preserv the culture if they perform as the ancient folk players !

"Again the representations of the early Puntites, or Somali people, on the Egyptian monuments, show striking resemblances to the Egyptians themselves. » By Brian Brown New York: Brentano's[1923]/ "The Egyptians sometimes called Punt land Ta-Netjeru, meaning "Land of the Gods," and considered it their place of origin ." (Richard Pankhurst, The Ethiopian Borderlands:1997)
