Arranging music for celtic harp - Parry's Delight: arrangement by Mark Harmer

I created this video in a 1100-year-old church in Wales as part of a new series on making harp arrangements.

Parry's Delight is a tune collected in 1800 by a Welsh musician. It just exists as a single-line melody, and in this video you'll see me talk through and demonstrate some of the ideas suggested by the tune. I play through my entire arrangement at the end of the video (from about 7:31)

@irisnevins Thank you! There are lots of nifty tricks like that - the reason I do the LH higher thing is because my LH isn't quite as supple as my right (so I guess you could call it laziness - but hey, it works well!!). Thanks so much for sharing with your pupils!
