I really like what you did with the vocals here. I'd like to see you do another take... clean up the occasional pause/missed riff in the guitar work and this would be a quality original cover. Not just another reproduction of the original, but a unique work on its own.

very passionate guitar playing - I love/adore the way you are "into" the music

even thought it gets at the technical control over your voice - it really doesn't bother me that you're so much into the song that you just sing it with your soul as it goes

this could be the worst cover of a song i have ever heard. you're out of time completely. i am sure nick drake's ashes would be fluttering right now at the way you gaze into the camera like you're brett anderson or someone. and the way you take a drag of that cigarette at the start is the icing on the cringing cake.

Ha ha ha! Don't mind the comments by others. There is no reason why you should sound like Nick Drake, when Nick himself did not sound like anyone else. With a little work on your singing you can produce a better video. I shall be the first one to rate a better video a 5 star.
