Because game development costs are fundamentally gigantic. The devs are under a huge amount of pressure the get the product on the shelf, producing income. Combined with the ability for games to be updated post release, seems to add up to a simple deduction that games will be released with some problems.
A couple months after release I bought and played through the game with absolutely no problems.
These are not complex deductions are they?

I like the song at the end. Does anybody know what it's called? It sounds like Sergey Dvuzhilny of FireLake Band (in which Oleg Yavorsky also has a role:)).

yes the stalker genre is a decent game, but why do you persistently release games before they are ready. Bugs are prevalent in clearsky, why not polished everything before release!
