  • I lost my home to the lack of health insurance; I was lucky. My sister lost her daughter to the lack of health insurance. In my sweet niece's memory - I will keep fighting for UHC, no matter how many times "they" call me a commie.

  • for a mamel she's very cold blooded

  • she speaks such rubbish! shes about making profit for her share holders perod. shes disgusting. Choice only if you have the money to choose. those that dont have

  • Universal Healthcare...it's time has come in America...I went to see Sicko and would recommend it.

  • Solutions that are carefully thought out and do not have negitive unintended consequence are what we need. Yes, we need to find away to get those younger people that don't normally carry insurance because they are just like we were, thought we'd never get hurt or that we'd live forever!

  • I can not explain why your people like the system they have? I don't know them. I live in the US and I prefer the system we have here, its competetive and makes for better care. Can the US do better, damn right.

  • Ah so , it's Denmarks system you want the US to model, ok, and just how is their economy doing as compared to the US? Exactly how taxed on the people of Demark? Is their social healh care system handle everyone as quickly as the medical system the US has now?

  • Ok, now we are onto something, exactly what example in the UHC are you refering to? What's the model?

  • We have a daughter who lives in Denmark...they have UHC...she and her family would like to move back to America but don't because of healthcare...here's the question...if UHC is so bad in these countries...why does my daughter and her family feel the way that do.

  • "The question is do you have a better plan than both"...sure...we have UHC models in all the other modern nations...I'm sure that when a plan is developed the parts of those plans that work best will be adopted and areas where there are problems will be addressed differently...that's just common sense.
