@kansasweep ....Amen and AMEN! You are so correct....but, what can one do but enjoy the truly great artists and not the ones created by E New! and MTV.....
Most young people know the words to the songs of the 1970s, 80s, 90s.....and the names of the artists. Now, not so much! My son listens to the music that I listened to! Have you noticed how commercials play the old songs as the backdrop to their advertisements? Kind of revealing, isn't it?

I'm 22 years old, I really wish I could be around to see these two in their prime, I watch videos of both of them non stop on youtube, really wish I could have grown up in an era like that. Now its just about rap and using computers to make you sound good. I love watching Lesley, every time she sings there is so much passion, and she is very talented.
