This is one of my all time favorite fights. No crazy Banki or energy attacks. There's no mellodramatic dialogue about morals or goals. No tedious flashbacks. It's just a straightforward battle between two epic opponents. Anime needs more fights like this.

before if I knew about bleach I saw a picture of 3:11 and when I saw it a couple of years later on TV it was a serious case of dejavu and to be truthful when I first saw the picture it freaked me out

Gotta check ya there mate. Naruto also has divine intervention moments, except instead of from a hollow it's from Kyuubi. The 'bit of luck' that's been letting Ichigo win all of these fights has actually been all the hollow's doing.

The reason Ichigo wins most of his fights is sheer tenacity and a little bit of luck, dumb or otherwise. Also he IS the main character so he gets the Insta Win card. Naruto is a bit more believable in that regard because while Naruto survives a lot of things he really shouldn't it's usually due to the help of his friends or his teachers who are obviously more skilled than he is.
