Astounding 21st century delusion! Brass/Gold plates? Where? Joe Smith pretended to translate 3 things: gold plates, kinderhook plates, & Abraham papyri. 2 are known frauds. Gold plates were taken. All you people saying how the bible has historical evidence should remember there wasn't any until the early 20th century and how long had the bible been around before that. Also remember there is very little known about the cultures of south america because most of them have been swallowed by the jungle and are nearly impossible to get to. So before you jump the gun you should look into history
