Gwinnett Gladiators vs Florida Everblades - 01-20-2007

Gladiators rookie netminder Dan Turple with an outstanding performance on January 20th, 2007 at the Gwinnett Arena.

The glads defended a 3-0 lead until 'blades left wing, Derek Damon, denied the shutout mid-3rd period.

These are sceens of game two of a 4 game series with Gwinnett taking the first two on Gladiator home ice. Gwinnett now assumes first place in the ECHL southern division with a 52-48 point spread over the Florida Everblades.

Gwinnett will finish up games 3 and 4 of the series on the Everbaldes home ice at Germain Arena in Estero, FL, Jan 26th and 27th.

I went to a Gladiator game last night!! They were great!! They won 5 to 1!!!! LoL :D They suck in this game though! LoL :P

We're hoping that the Glads and the Blades meet up in the Cup playoffs. We're 5-1-0 on the Blades this season. Dan Turple kicked Shantz's ass BAD! So enjoy it, as we look forward to kickiing some more Blades ass :)

Ok yeah i will agree with you the K-WAL was a great goalie. But now we have Shantz and hes a really great goalie too! K-WAL has definitely lost a lot of his talent.
