People don't realize that Anorexia isn't always about other people's opinions. When we look in the mirror, we see us, what we don't like, and what WE feel is unnacceptable. People always say, well you're beautiful no matter what, but yet you're still calling the people that are still big unnattractive or your last choice? Do you not see the hypocracy here, and it's hard because it scars you and it's something that takes a lot to break.

Fashion magazines and the fashion industry promote starving.

The poor ladies in them look like stick people.

No young person should be on any kind of diet unless a doctor tells them to diet, they are growing.

Diets are almost always a bad thing.

If you are normal, your body knows how much food it needs to survive.

Calorie counting is just stupid.

If you turn white and pass out between meals, you are probably not eating enough, da.

Stick people are not beautiful.

@Emilyycanfly1 aw ok, i think it's a good idea for a video though, a lot of ppl probably need help with that and ive heard a lot of youtubers say that they felt like an idiot talking to a camera at first. maybe if you practice making them some more and upload some when you feel more comfortable? if you have tips for overcoming self harm id really like to hear em x

@Emilyycanfly1 if you're naturally thin then i'm sure it doesn't look ugly! i think a lot of ppl say that because they dont want people thinking being really thin is beautiful and becoming anorexic. You can really tell when someone is naturally thin or when they just dont eat. this is kinda weird but i was on your channel and i think you should make that video, don't worry about the eyeliner! ha :)
