I definitely agree with you on the point that Garou is THE BEST ;)
However I disagree that he is equaly good in both French and English. There is something sexy about that rough edge when he sings French and in my opinion he totaly lost it in English :/ I like the melody line of those songs in English and of corse I cannot imagine anybody performing it better than him... Nevertheless Garou is the best in French version!

As always, Garou never disappoints!! His voice is very distinctive and he is adorable too! I love his voice whether he sings in French or English and it's nice to be able to understand the words, which isn't always easy when some singers do this! Garou is the best !!!
