@Neuromance27 Yes, I agree; go slowly, release negative energy, and take the time to process it.

Everybody is different.....everyone doesn't respond to this the same way...it's not smart for one to think they know other people aren't ready for it...that is not up to us to decide...only the individual who is listening knows...

some people are just not ready for this, or the chakra point they have gone to cleanse is already clear - that's why their not 'feeling' anything, because theres nothing to be felt being liberated. please do not listen to one over and over, you can over stimulate a chakra point. which can be just as bad as under stimulation. me personally, I would listen to them all in order once a week whilst meditating (have a 2 min break between each one - else you'll fall asleep.lol.).

@M3ph1st0X I agree with you totally; if you don't feel anything, there was probably little to clear, and having continually wide open Chakras is also not good- "stuff" can come in, just as well as "released". Becoming obsessive with anything is unhealthy, including Chakra healing and spirituality. :)

@EasyE850 With sound tones, colors and words associated with the Chakra. It's a sort of meditation.

@branby1994 Yeah, placing expectations on things seems to project unrealistic results. Like anything else, try to take it at face value, and be open to what's really offered. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn't works for some, not for others, and it's all good!
