This time of year I get a lot of people asking what foods are best for bulking up because a lot of teens are trying to pack on some mass for football in the fall. So lets cover some excellent foods for bulking up, this is my top 10 list:

mass gain shakes
peanut butter
cheese
whole milk
eggs
hamburgers
fried chicken
pizza
trail mix
thick steak

  • is it normal that i've lost 4 pounds in allmost 2 days (i'm sick and i have to crap all the time lol)? Im a really skinny guy who gained a lot of pounds during the past months due hard working and eating well, but due my sickness i get pretty skinny again.. will i gain my pounds back when i eat well as be4 or will it be hard to gain that muscle again?

    lol ofc i play sports, i play soccer almost everyday and im a champion sprinter in my district.

    But about eating, u see, i eat till my stomach fills up, but i guess im just not eating the rite things. I desperately need a chart about what food to eat when, but seems like none can provide me a good one.

    meh i was like that when i was 14, and i still am that skinny im 19 now. Im 5 feet 10, but only 57 kg :/
