Maybe someone else has suggested this, but you could also use Twitter. Say the 1st, 5th, and 10th person to retweet about your book or something.

I was thinking maybe you need a video of your in public places reading the book dressed as you are on the cover and seeing people's reactions!

Maybe umm.. make a video about the book! and promote it like that maybe or just tell people spread the word :) haha or maybe take a werid video about your youth group or something :)
