Thanks for this review video @pinoi78 ! It's very helpful indeed. The renewal version looks way better than its previous version because of its new bigger tail flaps on the legs and the new long landing gear..
By the way, I've noticed that you've mentioned "major major" then I noticed that your username is pinoi78. I assume you're a Pinoy just like me, mabuhay =)

There is slight waist rotation...only a few degress left to right...

It's mostly plastic with a little die cast in the important areas.

My durandal is having hard time to stand in batroid mode...the hip joint is too loose.., is this one also having hard time to stand in batroid mode?

It stands just fine. But sometimes the left leg is floppy.
A dab of nail polish to the thigh or shoulder ball joint should remedy the situation. Just be careful when removing the screws.
