i would say yes. body and mind are intimately connected. improving the health and function of one automatically helps the other aswell. tending to as many dimensions of ourselves - body, mind, spirit... gives us the best chance of recovery and evolution
I fail to see what bending one's spine in the opposite direction it was designed to go as well as standing on one's hands, helps in alchoholic addiction. I have watched so far 7/17, in full, through the bottom of a beer glass. I intend to watch the rest later also in full, just in case that there might be something .............
I see through the yoga positions that it is good for the body, does it really work that way for the mind? I await more comments from people that this has worked for
