Layering Skin Care : Night Time

Layering skin care products is very popular in Asia. A poll showed how women in Asia would use about an average of 9 skin care products on a daily basis! So skin care is taken very very seriously. I'm not using 9 products here, but I am layering my products. This is my favorite method and it's best for night time. Daytime, you want to use a technique that's requires lighter layers. I also recommend sleeping on your back, because not only is it better for your body, but it's better for your face. Enjoy!

The skin care products may be expensive, but I always stress on investing in good skin care products. It's a good investment in the long run! Even when I was in college, I saved up for skin care products. If you can't afford these products at all, I recommend Olay and RoC. They're great alternatives. But I swear by SK II and Khiel's. If you have super sensitive skin, I don't recommend layering your skin care products. Also, I wouldn't worry about applying "too much chemicals" on your face. Sometimes, your makeup has more harmful chemcials, even drinking water from plastic water bottles can be harmful to you. Do extra research before trying this technique if you are concerned, but I swear by this technique for my own skin. You can see how my skin has changed for the better. Look at my videos around July and August, and look at my newer videos now. Even with HD quality camera, my skin is in better condition now than before!

Remember, you can always remove or add products to these steps. Every person's skin requires specific needs, so consult with your dermatologist or esthetician if you have any concerns and ask what options are best for you!
