Well, your recorder video looks excellent to me... I have two pro 9000 and couldn't be happier with the image most of the time... it's true all exposure/settings have to be changed through the software though, but still this webcam is one of the better out there for the price that you can get it for on amazon or ebay... take care.

isn't it true that the lack of exposure control in webcams are a function of the bundled software that comes with them and that there is software out there (mostly free) that allow you to gain (no pun intended) that exposure control back?
