  • I've been trying so hard to stay in shape this pregnancy, my biggest fear is I won't be able to push the baby out so my goal the rest of my pregnancy is to keep my abs strong while not putting any extra pressure on my back. Thanks for the video!

  • @FUTUREDELTAKD YES and they are a great way to start working your abdominal muscles when you return to exercise after delivery.
