Alright. It's time I addressed what I believe the meaning of the song to be. Mary Mary is simply but truthfully expressing through song/rap/catchy lingo...whatever...they are trying to explain that all things are possible with spiritual faith and God in your life.

Let me tell you something, I am a very spiritual person too, I desire and thirst after righteousness, godly wisdom, knowledge and understanding too, and I have come to understand that God wants his people to rule and dominate in every area of life; spiritually, materially and otherwise. Just see the positive message in the song and stop acting like the MaryMary are unbelievers. Look in this day and age, the gospel cannot spread without money. Think about that!

@LoveLuvsLove The obvious meaning is you can use God as an ATM machine. the song says nothing about Jesus, or God is love. It is talking about MATERIAL POSSESIONS. AND PEOPLE LOOKING AT THEM AND TRYING TO BE LIKE THEM. (covetous). So maybe you need to read the lyrics again and understand they go against the teachings of Jesus the Christ. this is as bad as the FAKE PROPERITY PREACHERS brainwashing everyone with FALSE DOCTRINE!
