I love that paddle, almost looks like a scoop.

The first skill any paddler should lean. Rating, power, rythym and efficent technique all come from correct leg drive.

I Actually prefer to use the other leg to keep the kayak better balanced in high seas all in all great demo,

Excellent advice. Some of my friends have sore forearms when they kayak, because the have very poor kayaking strokes.
