Say goodbye to big fleet sedans. Yeah, I agree, the Vision SLR would be a great fit for these new smaller rooflines. Maybe even add that annoying "warbler" siren tone.
I like the "mean" look that it has from the front, one thing that i think the current p-71's dont carry, but the back of this charger is just... fugly! but I guess looking at at it from the outside, is not all that matters. insides are what count, these would be better, inside, rather then those fords.. xD
@Dynamic742 Do you know how much it is alone to outfit the inside with police equipment? Police prop cars don't outfit the inside unless they are filming like the TV drama Southland.
@Dynamic742 No movie prop car is allowed to look like the local PD'd car. With the Crown Vic no longer in production, Metro needs to find a new model for their patrol fleet. The few Chargers are one of the models being tested to fill that role. Unlike other departments, Metro actually wants to give officers a chance to use each one to see which car is better in the real world, as well as test real world reliability. The Chargers were first because they have been the first available.
