It's about time I hear something on a church organ other than church music! There should be more organ concerts at churches so more people can hear what else these organs are capable of. Also, I would like to hear more B-3 organs played with just regular songs and not just jazz riffs.

Too too fun! You should do that little medley in church some Sunday. I got so disgusted by the little old ladies blabbing during my preludes that I let loose with "Camptown Races" one morning! You're really talented- keep it up :)

hey..whenever you find 4 episcopal men....you will find a 5th! (ha ha).
its all about moderation friends, moderation.
I'm from a rockin' church and every now and then we play a boogie-woogie improv. after the services as folks are making small talk. Its all good.

If I were near half as good, I would be well satified with myself. (Not to say astounded too!)Our local cathedral have an 8 week summer concert season where they play all kinds of stuff. Beautiful large Willis organ, and many talented guest players.

You should hear the great R&B gospel in the "Holy Roller"
churches with Hammond or actual pipe organs, and you
can sing, shout, stomp or get up and DANCE to it.
If its not that, IT AIN'T REAL CHURCH!

Yes- they get very arsey in church if you play anything other than hymns on their organ. I let rip with "liberty bell" once after everyone was gone and got told off. well honestly if they are going to use a 3 manual Conn theatre organ in a church, what do they expect?
