Directed by award-winning filmmaker Thomas Balmès, from an original idea by producer Alain Chabat, BABIES is a visually stunning and joyful new film that simultaneously follows four babies from around the world on an epic adventure from first breath to first steps. The children are Ponijao, from Namibia, Bayar, from Mongolia, Mari, from Tokyo and Hattie, who lives in San Francisco. BABIES captures on film the earliest stages of the journey of humanity that are at once unique and universal to us all.
