@xelyx13 Because Take-Two owned Bungie years ago. Microsoft offered money to buy purchase some of take-two's assets and Bungie was one of the companies that was purchased. At the time, Halo was being developed for the PS2, but when the company was sold, Microsoft was developing there own system and Halo development ceased on the PS2 in favor for the XBOX.
