White water rafting the wild and scenic Rogue River in Oregon, including the run down Blossom Bar rapid. It's a nice run through the upper part of the rapid, cleanly avoiding the picket fence, but in the lower part, one of the crew gets thrown out. No one is drowning in this video!

  • Water lever looks very high, 4500 cfs? Watch out for timber tigers, big teeth, climb trees super fast, there was one by your hand in the video.

  • @pissoneoff 4500 sounds about right. I went back and rafted the Rogue in June 2011 and the water level was even higher, about 6000 CFS. It looked like you could run right over the picket fence, but we did the traditional route. Most of the rocks were under water, so it wasn't too hard.

  • I had so much fun that I'm going back this June.

  • I have never seen the top of blossom approached that way -- but hey -- it worked. Fun stuff!
