Now they bought loans from companys that went into foreclosure knowing they would stick it to them after they were already stuck

FYI: Litton Loan and other so called Mortgage Servicing "Companies" are not "predatory lenders."

Loan servicing companies do not loan money. They operate in the lending industry after-the-fact, and gain huge profits from fabricating: false late charges, foreclosures and other misc. fees for the sole purpose of striping as much of homeowner's equity and/or wealth as possible.
