Richard Roberts resigned from the presidency of ORU on November 23, 2007, after being named as a defendant in a lawsuit alleging improper use of university funds for political and personal purposes and improper use of university resources.

My dear friend, the church is built on the simple principle that Jesus Christ is Lord. This being said, that principle has never fallen and thus the church has never fallen. In truth it is people that have fallen, we are the ones that have set ourselves on a pedastool and have been humbled before all mankind. Try reading all of Romans 7. The punchline comes in the last verse--Paul shows that he has overcome his worldly desires to sin through the use of his mind by accepting Jesus Christ as his savior:

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

You obviously don't have that kind of faith in Jesus or the strength of mind needed to achieve salvation. Neither did Ted Haggard.

Please stop spreading your Catholic lies. The Bible tells us that Christians CANNOT sin:

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 1 John 3:6

So the first thing is I am not catholic. Second thing is, If you're going to quote scripture, which coming from your mouth doesnt really seem right, you should make sure that you have the knowlege behind the scripture to back it up. To abide means to dwell. If a person is dwelling under the influence of Jesus christ and yielding to the instruction there of does not want to sin and strays from it. Basically the scripture is saying that You dont know Him, lets capitalize on the "H". Stands for God

Are you really this stupid, or are you just trolling me? (1) You are buying into Catholic propeganda if you think that Christians sin. Some are not selected by God to be saved, and it sounds like your one of them. (2) I got the quote from the King James Bible, EXACTLY as it is printed there, including the lower case H. If you'd ever open up a Bible, you'd see that. The scripture is clear--if you are saved, you cannot sin.
