Feedback like this is exciting because it is exactly what we are trying to do, show how to set up a tank and be successful without all the BS. All of the equipment in some way is optional, we just want to give a brief overview of what each piece does and what to expect out of it. No hanging/canister BIO filters?

Did these guys begin the cycling w/ the 2 power heads and a the live rock? I am guessing the two power heads circulating with the rock is good enough for an intitial cycling? Does the protein skimmer + carbon canister combo replace your standard hang/canister filters? Thanks for the info; Great videos!

Dont buy a test kit. waste of money. water changes filter with mesh and carbon , skimmer, gravel cleaner and more water changes. and cleaner wrasse or shrimp. all you ned trust me
