I have a whole new appreciation for Rick Steves. If you are diagnosed with any disease that can be helped, cured or palliated by cannabis, IT SHOULD BE YOUR RIGHT TO USE IT.
The public is still ignorant about marijuana. Lots of people still think it's dangerous, causes cancer(though not conclusively proven), think it's addictive, etc. If they took the time to compare it to alcohol and cigarettes in regards to health risks, toxicity, strength of addiction, intoxicating effects, they would soon change their mind. I'm not for prohibition of alcohol/cigarettes, so I'm DEFINITELY not in support of cannabis prohibition.

I dont think marijuana is going to become legal soon because to many people are making to much money from it. Not that don't want it to become illegal but yeah.......
