Na both "raging bull" & "the cindarela man" are better boxing films as is "somebody up there likes me" as there all true stories and in my opinion better films. Crying fist is loosely based on two individuals who never met, still good though.
Ive watched this flim and i have gotta say this is the best boxing film ever made! Better than Rocky, better than raging bull, better than any other other crapy hollywood boxing flicks!
I think Raging Bull and the Rocky series are great in their own way (and Cinderella Man), but this film tops the lot, by FAR. My all time fave movie. No other film blends realism / brutality with sensitivity and beauty quite like this does. And Min-Sik Choi is THE MAN. (Oldboy - 2nd fave movie) Check out 'Champion' too, if you liked this - another Asian boxing flick based on a true story. I love Asian cinema.
theyre both great characters..i hate movie that has two good guy fighting each other..they suppose to put one annoying bad ass dude that will make u want to throw ur TV
