jeb's GDC Video Blog - Day 3

This is from the third day of my San Francisco IGF/GDC trip (Monday 23rd).

This day the Independent Games Summit (IGS), with some really fun sessions with post-mortems about World of Goo and Crayon Physics. Derek Yu laughed to tears during Cactus' presentation about making a game in 4 hours.

I was supposed to have a "business dinner" during the evening, but the person I was going to meet had to cancel. Instead, I went up in the Hyatt hotel tower and got a wonderful view of SF. The bar also had a view out over the Golden Gate Bridge, but I didn't want to film that over the head of the people who sat there. You will have to go there and see for yourself ;)

Later that evening we went to the Thirsty Bear, that has its own brewery, and picked up some free beer sponsored by some company... Grayspire or something like that.
