I think American pilots are the best, our training is not as rigidly controlled and we are taught to think instead of be robots, LOL, I've actually spoken to people who hire pilots and they are looking for people that can think on their feet, someone who can be thrown in any situation and fly his/her way out of it. Other countries have minimums that cut out a lot of good people out and because of that they miss a lot of good people who make excellent pilots :)
