In only its second-ever verdict, the International Criminal Court has cleared a Congolese warlord of crimes against humanity. Mathieu Ngudjolo Chui was accused of ordering militias to rape and murder residents of a village in 2003. Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports.

    Why has Blair, Netanyahu or Bush not been prosecuted for crimes against humanity?

    What about Israel unlawful settlements and breech of international law?
