UFO sound recorded by Sheriff's office

Deputy (in Oregon) encounters a UFO in the early A.M. and broadcasts its bizarre sound back to headquarters with the help of a civilian friend who's across the river on a CB radio. heard this EXACT sound on January 4th, 2012 in Northern KY. It was steady for about 20 seconds and then as quickly as it started, it was gone. I never moved to see what it was...too terrified.
