Perfect Dark - Deep Sea (Perfect Agent) - Speed Run

This is me playing Perfect Dark on the Nintendo 64. I'm playing the Deep Sea level on Perfect Agent to get the level cheat. If you don't know what that means, it means that you have to play through a level on a certain difficulty level in a specified amount of time. If you do this, you will earn the level's cheat code.

The only real hard part to getting this cheat is at the beginning. The cloaked shotgun wielding guards pose a huge threat if you don't predict where they'll be. After that, it's pretty much cake. Plenty of time if you know the level.

My Time: 5:23

Note: This is by no means a world record attempt. The speed runs are speed runs for getting the cheats, and that's it. I only did it until I got the cheat, I didn't re-do them to get my best time, as you can tell by watching the end screen where it says I earned two cheats (one for beating the level, another for earning the time cheat). If you feel the need to say you could do better, feel free to upload your own video, otherwise don't comment.

yes, this one sucks a little in special agent, because you have to protect elvis.. in perfect agent he doesn't die so fast (he keeps his gun all of the time)

I think its a guarantee to whoever tryed getting the cheat here died more then 10 times.

pretty good, i just finished getting a perfect game (all cheats, all gold firing range, etc.) yesterday, though i don't remember what time i got on this level

@Laurelindo I've figured out they were the real ones all along, reading the info about the hyoog mechanical suits they use. :U

And I guess I can try again, but even the tiny Skedar are capable of killing Elvis by themselves if they Zerg Rush him. So it's either ignore them and get on with it and risk them killing him, or take forever to pick them off before rushing ahead for several seconds.

@OneWithTheNight I never had Elvis die on this mission; maybe you should be more frantic and rush forward more often?

I don't bother with the Skedars (actually the "baby Skedar" are the *real* Skedar, the big dudes are just tanks or something =P), I just run past them and try to destroy all the turret things and the drone guns as fast as possible.
