@kenh364 I totally agree there's just something thats too choppy about it. Without fading out the cuts it makes it look like different pans played one right after the other

Soft and romantic is one thing but there are two many cuts and no flow to the property. Does the client want you to fall in love with his house or does he want you to buy it. Remember you are marketing the house. If done correctly you can bring the features of the house and the romantic setting together but not by cutting away. Try shooting the house and leave the gardens and pool for the end. Maybe try shooting the gardens through a window or an open door. Remember its about the house
