@Mystylplx Alright now, I concur with that lol

The average person is fairly stupid, American or otherwise. It's not a trait that is particular to Americans.
-
@Mystylplx Lmao, I'm confused? I guess thats better than not making any sense.
And actually you did. Sarah makes fun of ignorant stupid people, yet you said she was maing fun of the average American's intellegence. Therefore, you said the average American is stupid and ignorant. Not very patriotic you see. And better I speak for Americans than someone who thinks they are redneck racists.
-
You seem quite confused. I didn't call my own people redneck racists. I called the redneck racists redneck racists.
And you shouldn't try to speak for Americans--most Americans get irony just fine. Most Americans like Sarah Silverman. She's quite popular, you know.
-
@Mystylplx Your proud? Thats funny, someone who scrutinizes his own people, calling them redneck racists as you did, is proud. And I may be many things, but my wit is faaaaaar from dim.
And who knows? Maybe i'm missing out on this histerical irony the brits are always jabbing about, though your american? Give me an example of this hilarious form of humor we Americans just can't seem to grasp?
-
I am proud of where I come from and who my people are. And sarcasm is a form of irony, dimwit. It's just a particularly limited and low brow form.
-
@Mystylplx Hahaha, your not American, not really. A true American is proud of where he comes from, and who his people are. And if you are American, your a disgrace. And anyhow, sarcasm isn't watered down irony, it's an art. And for those who can't master it, well, there is always the ever safe back net of un-funny irony. boring and lifeless as all hell; only the users of irony blame it's lack of humor on listener's ignorance/stupidity
-
I suppose sarcasm is like irony for dumb people. If that's the best you can do then that's the best you can do. But what makes you think I'm a brit? I'm American as apple pie.
-
@Mystylplx It's not that we don't understand irony as it is we just think it un-funny. We prefer sarcasm and good looks, though the latter might be alien to you Brits.
-
So you DO get irony? At least a little? But only when it's rubbed in your face?
There's hope for you yet.
I like sarah because she's making fun of her own ignorance more than she is whoever she's joking about.

The audience doesn't like her so much because they don't realize that she's making fun of HERSELF not Africans, etc
