this is post-punk.
the Killers can suck it, Linkin Park can suck it, as much as i can appreciate Jared Leto his 30 secounds can suck it too, and all the other dime-a-dozen corny lil' indie (not pop-punk) punk-pop bands cause they all can SUCK IT!!

@BagpipeHustler Living on St Marks Place for a while and hanging out at CBGB's no doubt helped GOF grasp what punk was and where it came from. Being art students, they of course took it to the next level back in England. Chili Peppers chose Gill to produce their first album. Morello cites him as a major influence. You can definitely hear it.
