Do you think that I could take a Chevy c-60 and pull a center dump wagon with it. I am just looking for a way to get more capacity. That would be around 650-750 bu. I wounder if it is legal?

thank you
i know it's not all it's cracked up to be but help me out here, 900 bushel at $5.00 - $10.00 thats $4500. - $9000. right? do they cut you a check at weigh in? is it like the scrap yard? any help would be appreciated. i am a total greenhorn with an 80 acre place.
on a side note, if farming sucks so bad then why won't anybody help me. if my land is so worthless why do the farmers want to steel it at have price.

Usually you set up an account with the grain elevator before you bring in a load. Then, during weigh-in (or after unloading) you tell the scale operator what to do with your grain. Options like Delayed Price (DP), Grain Bank, Contract or Sell. If you sell you get that day's price. They would normally send you a check, not give you one on the spot.

1969 GMC 366. It was a dumptruck when we bought it. We stretched the frame and put the center dump hopper on it. It's got alot of power!
