Welcome to the 4th Weekly Guitar Challenge! This week we will be playing an advanced Neo-Classical style pattern in A Harmonic Minor. This pattern is considerably more difficult than what we have done in previous videos. I'm going to try to throw in a pattern of this difficulty once every month or two for advanced players. Could Metalmethod produce a DvD about different Mods (Lydian, Phrygian, Mixolydian, Minor, Major and so on) and how to create Sweeping arrpegios, solos and tapping/8 finger tapping with them?
and maby some theory stuff to understand scales, cords and music better?

@DanMummSolo raised 6th? wouldnt that just be a plain dorian scale if you raised the 6th degree of the a minor scale.. Thought you raised the 7th to make it melodic

really cool lick, and it covers a few techniques that are really useful. but i was just wondering, is this the guy that you saw once on youtube and told us in one video about? because if it is, i would really like to congratulate him for achieving this! thanks a lot for the upload :) take care!

@stebbZv Yes it is. Dan left a comment on my channel that said "awesome channel." So, I decided to check out what he was up to. As it turns out, he has an awesome channel too. Shortly after that we started working together producing 2 DVDs last year - Fret Touch Mechanics and Sweep Pick Mechanics.
