@BROZKNOWS Hook till the end of days. When I started to incorporate hook grips my dlift and cleans went up a lot. Check out my channel john I put a couple vids on of cleans and FS!

@RedWildz I was talking about shrugs, in which case 200kg+ is not particularly impressive for those who train the movement consistently. I don't do them more than a handful of times a year, and I've hit that margin before (granted, with straps).

my deadlifts been stuck at 455 for 3 months now any advice on how to increase it?
Coach, do you mind sharing how Josh has progressed so rapidly with deadlifting? I'm at the same BW but I've plateaued at 150kg and he doesn't seem to stop improving. Does he train with the 5/3/1 programme or is there some other secret? Would really appreciate a reply, thanks.

@adilghanty until he hit 200+, there was some form of pulling movement done daily. Next milestone is 200 squat
