nice work, may i ask, what is the ohmage of the plates in the lye base water? i'm kind of interested, does the ohms of the cell tell you what the lye levels are?

You could do that...but.... the plates are so close together that I don't know if you could get a good (using my meters) reading.
I will try... John AArons

Nice work John,
I have done a lot of experimenting with dofferent configs myself and hope to soon have some plate and tube details to compare.
I too have not achieved a noticable difference using neutral plates or sealing the outside of the plates to stop leakage but only side by side will tell.
As you stated we all have different opinions and slightly different configs and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

Once I get this into the car and start serious road tests... we should be able to get the job done... Everyone is fumbling around there needs to be one to set the mark... I am trying to be that one... (not in competition) ... John AArons
