The video was intentionally based off a the Monty Python sketch, as indicated by the video description to the right of the movie. This was a goal of the production; It was not done secretly to try to fool viewers. Many films imitate or parody others as a sign of respect.

As I mentioned in the video's comments, it is based on the Monty Python sketch. Obviously original ideas are usually best, but tributes and derivative works are good too. It's only wrong if you claim the idea as your own.

It's quite understandable. I'm surprised by the number of "It's a Python rip-off" comments I've received. But I suppose that's par for the course when there is so little original content on YouTube.
