New engine with new Camera!

On January 10th, I headed north with my Friend Matt. This was a nice surprise on the westbound coal. Two ACe's one being factory fresh. You could almost smell the fresh paint. This video has not been edited, Still trying to figure the setting in my editing software so it doesn't destroy the quality. Hope you enjoy.

Those 1000's and 8000's (Gevos) have been running fairly commonly out of Portsmouth, OH on 862 "Baltimore" trains.

That's how I like all trains looking: nice and shiny! It's a shame that after 100 miles or so, they start getting dirty already. They really deserve to be as clean as the newer one of the two of these, judging on how much locomotives do for us. I mean, they ship our groceries across the country, they deliver our automobiles to the dealership, they transport us to and from our destinations, and far more. I think they deserve better, much better, than they already receive.

I caught 1056 leading a coal train into Lamberts Point docks in Norfolk, Virginia during Christmas. You could still smell the paint on her. Even the wheels were shiny LOL!!! Great catch Kodi.
