You can see it in two ways really. That nothing matters including yourself, or that everything matters. Both are just a point of view.
Everything matters, and caring about other people even when they dont care about you is what makes the game bearable... To me anyway

agree. yknow, after all these videos i've been watching i became able to see that nothing matters anyway. and if i'm suposed to sit down and watch everything fall apart so why not find something interesting like people who have the same thoughts to share and just forget about others. i think the more we try to change others more close-minded they become because they start thinking that youre crazy. i still think there're planty of good things to do in life, though i just need to figure them out

yeah. What i need is to find people like me... thats what i need. there are people out there. I have found a few. That is what is gonna keep me going i think. i dont mind working for things.. other than being around people like me i dont have anything worth living for... so there are things i can do. Thanks for the help.

You make an illogical jump in your reasoning.
First you posit that there COULD be some other 'universe' outside of this one, then you project into this otherness analogues to this Universe.
Finally you make predictions on the otherness having a sense of continuance from this Universe, which if they are separate is impossible or highly unlikely.
The heat-death of this Universe is billions of years in the future at the soonest. At that point there is little chance for humans to rue that death.
yo vergin thats a great thing to do... (alan watts). life is a game.. but games to me are fun... serius.. but fun because its something that i want to do, or enjoy. But life is not fun, and if i did the things i need to do to make it fun.. well i probably wouldnt survive very long because other people didnt know that i was just playing a game.. see? so what? thanks for helping us all out.. but im still in the same damn rut.. maybe just a little better... but still there. ~jacob

hmmm... I guess it is much more like entertainment. A good film has a dose of comedy, tragedy, pain and relief... I guess it is called contrast.
I dont know how old you are, but I was pretty disillusioned and sad when I was younger. The more you become aware of how everything and everyone hangs together the easier things become to bear for me...

Imagine being outside time and seeing everything happening at once... In a way that is what a proposed multiverse must be like. The bubble bursting analogy is not really true. the bubble expands, exists and pops all at the same time.
All types of universes may exist... including exact copies of this one. But it is all hypothetical. The important thing is that you will never know what it is like to not exist, because to know requires existence.
