Rob isn't a gay character lol. He's just awkward. Marth is basically top tier because he hasn't changed much and doesn't have a steep learning curve.

seriously, i dont mind marth being the best again. it means all those cf and ness fanboys can talk as much trash as they want but they still wont be able to do anything. and finally someone who uses marths forward a in the air rather than plain a all the time.

There isn't one, and there wont be for a year at least, the game is too new and its too early to tell what will happen when the game evolves. And I'm guessing Marth will be top tier for the reasons stated above, that and he can combo like hell.
