  • @yesitsleha hahaha Thank you, I'm only a physiotherapy student in the UK but I wouldn't mind teaching, I love all this and it just comes pretty natural to me :)

    You should teach a CSET prep class for "PE" in California, no one is teaching it and people are in need of the class. Southpaw-951-662-0899

  • In sit to stand the centre of mass must be moved forward, from a bum/thighs/feet base of support to an only feet base of support. On the lateral view you can see how he flexes his trunk segment to gain horizontal momentum of the body mass, during the pre-extension phase. The timing between horizontal movement of body mass and lower limb extension is critical to optimal performance.

    When he has his arms outstretched his centre of mass is moved forward and we see a decrease in trunk flexion. lol
