I failed the one at the end, instead of the star I did some random figure real quick and it activated the healing touch and it gave me an XS XD

Derek: I have mastered the healing touch! The hardest of all things doctors could do. It takes life times and people die trying to figure out how to do it. I did it in all of 30 seconds!

My cursor keeps moving out of control during this level... is something wrong with my game? D: Cause I had no problem moving the cursor around when selecting the game and all that just when I start this level of the game.
