Congressman Connie Mack (R-FL 14) appeared on CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight" to discuss his Penny Plan, Congressman Mack's more familiar nickname for his One Percent Spending Reduction Act of 2011, which calls for a one percent reduction in federal spending across the board. Congressman Mack also discussed the lack of a plan from the White House to resolve the debt crisis. While President Obama has rejected many items from various budget plans presented, what Congressman Mack cites is the lack of a formal, written plan presented by the White House for Congress to examine and attempt to find a solution.
